Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Edit Cosmetics products.

1. Eligibility

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we can only accept returns of unused, unopened items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

3. Return Process

• Contact support@editcosmetics.com with your order number and reason for return

• Ship the product to the return address provided by our support team (customer pays return shipping unless product is defective)

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt of the returned item.
